We’re excited to be launching an LGBT+ Youth Singing & Songwriting Project with Wac Arts and Sing Out UK.
Held at Wac Arts for 5 Thursday evenings over June and July 2019, the project will be inviting 13-19 year old LGBT+ young people to find their voices.
The group will learn to sing as a choir, try out different songs and styles and writing their own music influenced by the fantastic queer history of the building that will house the project. The group will also work towards a performance for the WAWA Weekender on 27 July, celebrating 40 years of the charity.
